Formly Beta

Terms

Last updated: November 3, 2026. These terms are between you and Jandali Software, California, USA ("we").

The service

You email a description of a form; we send you a Google Form based on it, shared with your Google account so you can make your own copy. Forms are drafted and checked with the help of AI, and reviewed by a person when the checks find something unusual. They may still contain mistakes or omissions. Review every question before you publish.

What you agree not to do

Your form

Google Forms is free. You pay us for the convenience of having a form drafted for you from your instructions, not for access to Google Forms. We create a draft; once you copy it into your Google account, it belongs to you and doesn't depend on us. You can edit, share, use or delete it whenever you like. We keep our own copy for up to 90 days (see Privacy); deleting ours never affects yours.

Your copy of the form is yours. You're responsible for its content, how you use it, the information you collect with it, and telling respondents how you'll use their answers. Your form runs on Google Forms, so Google's terms and policies apply to it.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any form is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or how Google's services work.

Beta

The service is in beta: features, prices and these terms may change. We'll tell you by email before a change that affects credits you've already bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
